Dr. Mohamed Awadalla completed his Bachelor Degree in Medicine and General Surgery (M.B.B.Ch) in 1992 from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University, one of Egypt’s leading medical schools. He later obtained his Master Degree in Ophthalmology in 1996 and his Doctorate Degree in 1999 from Cairo University, Egypt.

Dr. Awadalla completed his Ophthalmology Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, followed by advanced international training and fellowships in vitreoretinal surgery and ophthalmology.

With extensive academic and surgical experience, Dr. Awadalla specializes in complex retinal surgeries, vitreoretinal procedures, cataract surgery, diabetic retinopathy management, and advanced retinal treatments.

Dr. Awadalla has extensive expertise in advanced vitreoretinal procedures, including retinal detachment repair, diabetic retinopathy surgeries, macular surgery, intravitreal injections, and laser therapy for various retinal diseases.

His experience also includes advanced anterior segment surgeries, cataract extraction with premium intraocular lens implantation, and management of complex ocular complications.
